Payment for Bootcamps, Challenges, Courses, or Consulting Services must be made in full before access is granted.
We accept payments via debit/credit card, bank transfer, or any authorized payment gateway listed on our website.
4.2 Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise stated on the specific program page.
We invest time, coaching, and resources into every participant, so we do not offer refunds once access to live sessions, course materials, or consulting services has been granted.
However, if a technical error or duplicate payment occurs, please contact support@pmi.ng within 5 business days for resolution.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, templates, and documents provided by PMI are owned by PMI and protected by copyright law.
You may use them for personal or business learning purposes only.
You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share them without written consent from PMI.
6. Coaching and Results Disclaimer
PMI provides education and coaching for professional development.
We do not guarantee specific financial results, job placement, or business growth outcomes.
Success depends on your effort, consistency, and implementation of what you learn.
7. Community Conduct
Our community (groups, forums, or chats) is built on respect, collaboration, and professionalism.

8. Consulting & Done-For-You Services
For consulting or managed service clients:

- Payment terms and revision policies will be outlined in the service proposal.
- PMI is not liable for delays or performance issues caused by incomplete client input, access, or third-party tools.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable Service.
